1. Placing an Order
When you place an order on keenfootwear.fi, you will automatically receive an email listing the items you have just ordered. This email is not a confirmation of your order, and therefore, no legally binding agreement has been made between you and Vernon Sport ApS.
Only when you have received the order confirmation by email will it specify which items we can deliver to you.
If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please first check your inbox for spam/promotional emails, as our order confirmations can sometimes end up there.
If you still cannot find it, please contact us at keenfootwear@vernon.dk so we can assist in sending a new one.
2. Payment
We currently accept VISA, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or MobilePay as payment methods.
For card payments—except for Dankort—the payment will be reserved on your account according to your card’s terms, until we either process or decline the payment. The amount will only be charged to your payment card when the items are shipped from our warehouse.
If we are unable to deliver your entire order, we will, of course, only charge you for the items we can actually deliver.
3. Delivery
We deliver goods to addresses in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
Items are delivered 2 to 4 business days after your order in Finland.
We offer both delivery to parcel shops and home/business address delivery in Finland.
If you choose delivery to a parcel shop, GLS will notify you when your package is ready for pickup at the selected location.
We offer free delivery when the order amount exceeds EUR 100.
4. Shipping Prices
Finland shipping prices / delivery to Finland:
Orders under EUR 100 = EUR 17 for home/buisness delivery
Orders over EUR 100 = free delivery for home/buisness delivery
5. Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase without reason within 14 days. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can choose to withdraw from some or all items. We do not refund the delivery costs in case of a partial withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or another person chosen by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.
If you ordered multiple items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.
If you ordered multiple parts or batches, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last part or batch.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
6. How to Withdraw
You withdraw by clearly informing us that you wish to cancel. You need to send an email stating that you wish to withdraw to keenfootwear@vernon.dk.
You cannot withdraw by refusing to accept the goods or by failing to pick them up without also notifying us. If the package is not picked up and is returned to us, a return fee of EUR 30 will be deducted from the refund.
The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
7. Returning Goods
You have a 30-day return policy on unused products. Returned goods must be sent to:

If you wish to return your order, you can use our return service. Contact our customer service team, who will assist you in arranging a return pickup.
There is a fee of 20 EUR for using our return service. The amount will be deducted from the refund when the return is processed.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged when you return it.
Please note that it is not acceptable to return the item without properly packaging the original shoe box. If the shoe box is damaged, this may result in a reduction in the refund value, for which you will be held responsible.
If you choose to return the item without using our return service, you assume the risk for the package/item until we receive it.
8. Refund
If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only cancel part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date we received your notification of cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of returning them.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
9. Complaints
When you shop on keenfootwear.dk, you always have a 2-year warranty. If you believe that your product has a defect or flaw, please contact our customer service at keenfootwear@vernon.dk as soon as possible.
Please include photos of the defect and proof that the item was purchased from us in the form of your order confirmation, along with a clear description of the problem with the product.
A defect might be a material or manufacturing flaw. However, normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage does not constitute a defect.
You must report the issue within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If the issue is related to shipping damage, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. If you report it within 2 months of discovering the defect, your complaint will always be considered timely. If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable and necessary shipping costs.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the problem, and if needed, submit pictures of the defect. If we need to examine the item, it should be sent to:

10. Personal Data and Cookies
When you place an order on Keenfootwear.fi, we require your information in the form of your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment data to deliver your order and keep you updated on its status. Keenfootwear.fi uses cookies to keep track of the items you have placed in your cart and to collect general statistics about the website's use.
